Bokningsvillkor / Booking Terms and Conditions

Photography should be simple. The information below covers the practical details around bookings, image delivery, image usage, and privacy so that we both know what to expect. If you have any questions, just ask.

1. General

These booking terms apply to all photography services provided by Fotograf Evgeny Ivanov.

By completing a booking, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Where a client makes a booking on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, the client confirms that they have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of that entity.

The photographer reserves the right to decline assignments at their discretion.

 

2. Booking and Confirmation

A booking becomes binding when:

  • The booking has been confirmed by the photographer.
  • Any required deposit has been paid.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in SEK.
Payment shall be made according to the payment terms specified in the booking confirmation, quotation, or invoice.

 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The client may reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the session.

 

5. Right of Withdrawal

For bookings made online or remotely, consumers may have rights under applicable distance-selling legislation.
If the booked photography session is scheduled within the statutory withdrawal period, the client expressly requests that the photography service begin before the withdrawal period expires.

6. Photography Session

The client is responsible for arriving on time and providing accurate booking information.
Late arrival may reduce the available shooting time.

 

7. Image Selection and Delivery

Delivered images are selected and edited by the photographer according to professional and artistic judgment. Finished images are delivered digitally through secure third-party services such as Dropbox, WeTransfer, Pixieset, or similar file delivery platforms.

 

8. RAW Files

RAW files, unedited images, and source materials remain the exclusive property of the photographer and are not included unless agreed in writing.

9. Copyright and Usage Rights

Copyright remains exclusively with Fotograf Evgeny Ivanov.

Private clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use including:

  • Company websites
  • Social media channels
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Printed marketing materials
  • Press releases
  • Recruitment materials
  • Internal communications
  • Professional profiles
  • Corporate branding activities

 

Corporate clients may use delivered images within the agreed scope, including:

  • Company websites
  • Social media channels
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Printed marketing materials
  • Press releases
  • Recruitment materials
  • Internal communications
  • Professional profiles
  • Corporate branding activities
  • 10. Portfolio and Marketing Use

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session, the client grants the photographer permission to use photographs for portfolio display, website content, social media, printed promotional materials, brochures, advertisements, exhibitions, competitions, educational presentations, client galleries, and marketing activities related to the photographer’s business.

11. Liability

The photographer’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected service.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

13. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law.
